FM radio with GPS instructions on SMH5-FM

After parring the phone with the set I couldn't hear GPS voice instruction at all!! After updating the software, I can hear GPS instructions but not wille FM tuner is on. 

Is this the way it should work?

  même problème pour moi impossible d'avoir les deux en meme temps
