Hallo, 

I have recently bought the following product

Model: 3S
  Serial Number: 3s-b 150800455
  Date of Purchase: 2015-12-12
  Place of Purchase: 64293 Darmstadt ( Germany ) 
  Price Paid: 99€

Installation of firmware version 1.0 worked fine via my WIN 10 PC.
But if I try to update the firmware to version 1.2 appear the following error message

Failed to update firmware - cannot make firmware update.

Unfortunateley  does the error message not really say what the problem is. 
I did try to open the corresponding log file but without success. 

The question arise what is wrong.

Please let me know what to do in order to solve the problem.
