Sena 10S- Trying to connect intercom on it's own!

I just bought the Sena 10S.  While I'm listening to music or radio it keeps trying to connect to the intercom by itself.  It's constantly interrupting music saying "intercom failed try again later" but I'm not even touching it.  It does this over and over again, and will try every few seconds to connect on its own.  Super annoying to interrupt a song when I'm not trying to use the intercom.  I asked Sena and they said to hit the reset button but it didn't do anything.  Anyone else having this issue?  I'm ready to just junk it.

  You need to disable the VOX intercom option. 

  You can use the app or go in to the configuration menu.

  Hi

  Mine does this, too. But I think it may have something to do with engine interference as my 10S only starts doing this when I start to thrash the hell out of my machine.

  When I'm at normal road speeds, it stays quiet.
