10c universal intercom pairing.

So i looked at this video.

I've got a 10c with 2.0 firmware, when i press the button, it says intercom pairing, then after that enter config. It never says universal intercom pairing, and i can't find the other intercom...

  Yeah, that video is wrong.

  You need to hold the jog dial until it says "configuration menu". Let go.

  Turn the jog dial several time until you hear "universal intercom", then press the phone button on the side.

  Ye, that works! Thanks!

  Do i have to do that everytime i want to connect with universal ? or is it some way thats faster if u already connected once?

  No. just press the jog once to initiate universal intercom.

  On the non-sena use the redial or voice command function to connect with your 10c
