Microphone connector plugs with or without pigtails

  Could you offer the miniature plug bodies, and male/female connectors?   Or at least tell us who the manufacturer of those plug bodies would be.  There's zillions of different styles out there, and after hours of searching, no joy at all !!  I need to extend the surface mount mic for my flip helmet.   Thank you.
