Bluetooth Repeater/Gateway

Has Sena considered manufacturing a Bluetooth Repeater/Gateway device?  A separate device that works on the same principal as a 2 way radio repeater system. Linking 2 or more of these devices could double, or quadruple (depending on number of repeaters linked) the range of the connection. Also, if this device could be used as a 'gateway' for different brands (Scala, UClear, etc) to interconnect, that would be awesome.

For example, I ride with 6 to 7 others who use the SMH10. Very often the lead bikes and rear bikes get separated by distances that the SMH10 can’t handle (especially in mountainous terrain). If a rider in the middle of the pack had a repeater device (that any Sena headset model could connect to), that issue could possibly be solved.

  Agreed!  A mini repeater for a rider in the middle would be great for those of us with many trees, rough terrain and tall mountains, etc.
