I use my SMH10R almost exclusively for telephone calls (using iPhone) but find the voice dialling and speed dial button press sequence unintuitive. Hold the centre button for three seconds and wait for the third set of tones before I can make a phone call using Siri.... not intuitive. Even ending a call is not intuitive.  Can you introduce some personalisation of button controls?
