A simple suggestion: Improve the Quality & Durability of Products!
I have had four SPH-10's now (purchased my first two years ago). All have either broken within the first three months or, ceased working all together. Come on folks! You make incredibly innovative products - but can't you build them well enough to last longer than a few months??
The RMA process is getting old. Either be in business to do it right - or don't sell it at all.
Thanks.

100% agree. I had the same experience with 4 that we purchased. Got tired really fast of the warranty and gave up after replacing a couple.
Amazing how Sena doesn't respond with rectifying this and just continue to sell off the remaining stock.

Agreed, I purchased a NIB unit on Nov 3rd. have yet to use it, defective out of the box, returned and waiting for replacement, turns out they have a first come service, so now it's the 27 and all the other defective units have been dispatched so now it's my turn......really disappointed...

Here's the response I got from the Help Desk.
Our developers are already notified about this case, however, we haven`t received any feedback from them about it.
We can`t guarantee if they are planning to improve the physical structure of the SPH10 or develop a new version out of it.
But if ever they have plans, they will eventually notify everyone on our website.Doesn't seem to be much of a Help. We even purchased the Tuff Talk and a Sena Expand trying to figure what might actually work. The Expand is a little better but I resort to only myself using it and being extra careful putting it on as I know it will break eventually too.Maybe the developers need a wake-up call. They are sleeping on their feedback.0
