Give a caller your timezone with your hours of operation.

When I called, your announcement said to call back when we are open.  I do not recall the exact announcement.  Your announcement should give your hours and which time zone you are in.

  Our hours are 8am - 5pm Pacific time. If our tech support agents are busy assisting other customers then you can leave a voicemail message with a phone you can be reached at. In addition, you can also contact Technical Support by sending an e-mail to support@sena.com.
