10U Audio Multitasking
I had a 20S and love it but wanted the stealthy, integrated style the 10U offered, and the handle bar remote was a bonus. However I miss the audio multitasking, which for some strange reason is only offered on the 20S. Couldn't this be added with a simple firmware update? I don't believe that it would be a hardware limitation.

I want to request the same.
Had to choose between 20S and the 10U and decided for the 10U because I have a matching helmet and I like the possibility to avoid the wind noises (that's the great outstanding feature that currently only sena offers in that way *thumbs up*).
The only feature that I am missing is the audio multitasking and I bet there is only the software implementation needed. So please Sena, give us the possibility to have the specialized internal intercom including that feature (because we had no chance to buy both in one, there is no 20U available).

I bought 2 pieces of 10U for Shoei Neotec and I find it really strange Sena doesn't offer audio multitasking feature in this product.
10U is the only integrated helmets version so many people buy it only for this reason (see the above comments as well) and it's designed for one of the best helmets on the market but you limited the functionality. It doesn't make sense ...... I would buy 20U if you have it in your offer but as it was not available I decided for 10U.
Both intercoms use the same bluetooth 4.1 version so I think you can add this function with the firmware update. I know you want to distinguish 20S as your best intercom but audio multitasking is the most needed functionality for all the people. I can even pay for e.g. premium software which allows audio multitasking in 10U, maybe this is some solution for you ....

I'm currently looking for an integrated solution for my Shoei GT-Air. Initially the 10U seemed most promising, but I quickly found out it lacks some of the prime features of the 20S like audio multitasking and smart volume control. When can we expect these options in an OEM installation? As soon as a Sena 20U comes out I would buy it, but now also looking at Cardo SHO-1 instead... 0 -
According to this, it is not possible, due to hardware limitations. A bit of a disappointment for me, as well. But, hey, I still have my 20S on my touring helmet so no big deal...

Hi,
I noticed Sena updated the firmware in 10U and it has audio multitasking now :-).
but does anybody know how it works?
I would like to speak with my partner but simultaneously listening the same Spotify from my phone on both helmets in the background.
Is it possible?
I tried to do it but I was not able to force it working this way.
The only way was to communicate and at the same time listening to Spotify but for each helmet from different phone.

Hi Kris. Please use the Sena Utility App on your phone while the 10U is connected to it to enable the Bluetooth Intercom Audio Multitasking feature. The same thing will need to be done on your partner's 10U. This will allow you to talk to each other over the intercom while listening to music at the same time.

Hi,
I have already been in touch witch your support today.
It turned out that you can talk to each other and at the same time listening to the music but the music must be from different source to each helmet.
So if e.g. you want to hear music from Spotify, then every motorcyclist must use his own Spotify. I was told that this is the limitation of the firmware in all the Sena devices.
I also tried the music sharing option but it immediately disconnects the possibility of mutual communicationoff.
