I found out the hard way that there are multiple volume levels that can be set for each input, ie., phone, intercom, music, etc. I found this very frustrating. Why not provide the volume adjustments in the app. The knob on the Sena 20S could be the master volume, and the app could help with adjusting the sub devices that are attached. It seems obvious to me.

Phil Parker Today I rode and listened to music all day. Every time I advanced the song, the Sena alert was blaringly loud. I also have the SA10 mixer transmit my radar alerts via BT. Every time it went off, it blared. I'd try to quickly turn it down, only to have to turn it up to hear my music.
I can easily say that this is annoying.
