does not seem to retain volume levels when moving between different modes
I set phone level - listen to FM radio - phone call comes in - level is way down, have to turn volume up - go back to radio - volume is way down on it - I thought this unit retained volume levels

I have a similar problem when trying to make a call. I will be riding with my music turned up all the way, I'll click on the phone button to make a call but the voice prompts are extremely quiet and I cannot hear them while riding. Then If I am listening to my music turned all the way up and someone calls, I cant answer the call because I have to pause the music before I can answer the call and it ends the call by that time. If it magically works somehow, I cannot hear them and am not able to turn up their volume. It is quite odd, I thought the Sena was supposed to automatically pause your music and then ring when there is an incoming call.

I'm having a similar problem. My iPhone is paired with my Zumo 660 which is then paired to the 20S (using mobile phone pairing). I also have a SM-10 in my tankbag that feeds music from my iPod and audio from my radar detector to the 20S. With music playing from the iPod and a GPS instruction comes up, the GPS audio is too soft. I can increase the 20S volume while the GPS is "speaking" to match the level the music was playing. However, when it stops and the music resumes, the music audio is way too loud. That's audio coming from two distinct BT sources, but the 20S fails to retain the adjusted (GPS) volume level. I'm using the latest 20S firmware (1.6.3). 0
