Sena 20s will not Pair

I cannot intercom pair my dual Sena 20s or pair my Sena 20s with anything.  So, I upgraded my firmware to the new 1.4 and still nothing.  I have even did the factory reset but with no success.  It was working last summer before I put them away for the winter.  Has anyone had this problem?  I do have a ticket with the help desk.

  i am having this same problem.  however they will pair with my iPhone app (but not each other).  I have a ticket opened as well.  I used these successfully about 3 weeks ago. I got them out to charge them tonite for a trip this weekend and now they won't pair.  also upgraded to 1.4, did not help.
