Can the 20s connect to a Cardo PackTalk for a universal group intercom?

Trying to connect to my buddy that runs the new Scala Rider PackTalk from Cardo.  So far no go.  Neither of us can see the other when we try to pair.  Anyone have any thoughts

  First, place the 20S into Universal Intercom Pairing mode by entering the Configuration Menu and selecting in the list of options. Second, hold down the Phone Button with the phone icon on the Cardo PackTalk for 5 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue rapidly. Finally, wait for them to pair together.
