20s Cant talk when listening to music, cant hear me

Hello. So I bought Sena 20s dual pack. The problem is that when i stream music from my phone and use the intercom, the other person cant hear me when I am talking, i have to press the round circle button for the other person to hear me, and he can only hear me for a short while, then the music gets louder and the intercom cuts off, so to talk to the other intercom I have to press the round button all the time. And it goes the other way just like that, when he listens to music and tries to talk to me I cant hear him, so he has to press the button.

  I have the exact same problem. Is this a setup/configuration issue?  I would like to resolve this.

  Having the same issue. Going to try calling Sena today and see what they say.
