Sena SC2
I asked for help 1 year ago, still can't update the firmware, how do I get help with this problem from Sena??

Hey Brian,
The SC2 is a Schuberth device. While we can offer technical support for other hardware problems, if you're having an issue with recognition, it needs to be handled through Schuberth's warranty. However, sometimes device recognition can be blocked by your computer's security system, and this can often be resolved with a temporary fix. If that's what's going on, let me know, and I'll have a tech get in touch via email.

Brian i have the same problem and only silence for the problem .
Problems with SchuberthBluetootDeviceManager for upgrade firmware because don´t recognize SC2 . I try with usb 2.0 , 3.0 , with or without firewall , with or without virus scan on windows 10 . I have no response from Schuberth to my questions to solved this problem . I have two SC2 intercom in two Schuberth C5 , expensive equipment and i need respect not silence .

Schuberth point to Sena. Sena point to Schuberth. I despise you both now. I have nearly $1200 into a helmet and comm system that neither of you want to support.

Jotasou. I have the same problem with two C5 and two SC2 . Sena or Schubert don’t solve the problem and don’t have respect for us . Expensive equipment with the same problem in all the countries without reponse or solution . This two systems now are used only for comunication in both helmet and the others function are off . Too much money for basic system .
