How do I get voice commands to work?

  Outrush R does not have voice command capabilities.
  
  You have to hold the center button for 3 second until you hear a high pitch beep and you can use your phone assistant such as Hey Google or Hey Siri... what's the weather like.

  Make sure your Outrush R helmet’s firmware is up to date using the Sena Utility App or Sena Device Manager. Check if voice commands are enabled in the app settings and ensure your microphone is properly positioned and not muted. Background noise can also affect voice recognition, so try using commands in a quieter place. If the issue continues, reset the device to factory settings.   Hey, I had a similar issue with my Outrush R a while back. A couple of things that helped:

  1. Make sure the mic isn’t muted.

  2. Try resetting the headset and re-pairing it with your device.

  3. Check if your firmware is up to date ( updates often fix voice command issues. ) 

  Also, just sharing a helpful resource I use when planning ahead for food stops, especially Panera. If that’s your thing, this site has been super convenient for checking the menu in advance.
