Will not turn on sena 50r

It feels like the button you use to turn on the device has disappeared nothing there so it will not turn on

  I've opened a ticket for you. Please provide a copy of the purchase receipt as well as an image of the serial number.

  This issue could be because the button might have been damaged, or the battery has completely depleted or drained.

  If you haven't already, please use a paper clip or something thin to press the fault reset on the back of the device.
