Brand New Spider ST-1 won’t turn on and doesn’t light up when charging

I have had my Spider ST-1 for 2 weeks and it worked just fine until today. I turned on to see how much battery life left it said 12% so I put it on charge since we weren’t leaving for about an hour. When I took off charge it wouldn’t turn on. When we got home I plugged In to charge and the light doesn’t come on to indicate charging and Sena still will not turn on.

  I'm having the same problem. However, when I plug it into the charger, the red light turns on. But the device does not turn on. Did you solve your problem?

  I had the same problem the first day with my first spider ST-1. Charged it partway, tested it, installed it, plugged it in to charge the rest of the way before going out for a ride. Was completely unresponsive. Wouldn’t turn on, lights wouldn’t show that it was charging. Sena wanted me to send it back to the store I bought it from to exchange it. Sena didn’t really help solve the issue since it happened in the first 30 days they wanted me to use the return not the warranty. My second one isn’t much better honestly. Once I power it off it drains the battery and is unresponsive until I plug it in to a charger. Even if it was 80% charge when I shut it off at the end of a ride
