intercom voice is scratchy when playing music

Dear Sena Team,

I have some problemswith my recently bought Sena 50S. When I have the music on and my boyfriend, also with 50S, connects to me, his voice is like robot - very scratchy. If the music is not on at the time he connects to my intercom he sounds okay. Could you help me figure out what is causing this? Furthermore, he complains a lot about the very high wind and other taping sounds that he hears from my microphone. I tried to activate all the noise reduction features but still nothing.

  I have the same problem about 2 year. I'll fire up the device. Totally crazy, useless device and wasted money.
