Srl Mesh , voice command(hey sena…..) doesn’t work

I bought Sena srl ​​mesh last month. But the voice command (hey Sena) does not work. It worked once or twice. I tried hundreds of times. unfortunately this feature does not work at all

  Same here... recently purchased unit with updated firmware. Hey Google works as a workaround but that's far from ideal (slow and internet dependent)

  I am having exactly the same problem with my Sena SRL Mesh. Appears from all the threads about this issue with all models of Sena headset that the company actually doesn't give a damn. This is my first and last Sena purchase.

  Ho un sena srl 3 mesh da 5 giorni e , nonostante tutti i tentativi, il comando vocale "hey sena" non funziona. Sono molto deluso.
