The Update ist not working - AT ALL.

Even though the Phone-App asks for the update, the Device Manager states "Connot connect to the server". There is no firmware to find, which could be used by the Device Manager.

I'am extremly dissapointed by the performance and lack of Service by Sena - i bought 4 (four) units for the familiy, which are always a struggle to connect. Meanwihle the device is roaring into the ear with useless info....

I hoped this would be improved by the update....

Any suggestions, or do ein have to go back to my Foodsport Chinese Firecracker, ehich were not as good with the audio, but the usage was far easier and more reliable....for a fraction of the price....

(I will now start to post that in all forums I use, until there is a solution!)
