Battery level doesnt Change

Hallo zusammen,

SENA: SPIDER RT1

 

Ich habe vor einer Woche ein Update auf die 2.2.2 gemacht.
Eine Sprechansage „Akkustand niedrig/mittel/hoch“ wurde anscheint einprogrammiert.

Bei der darauf folgenden Fahrt habe ich mich gewundert wieso die Tante „Akkustand mittel“ ansagt obwohl das Gerät 3 Stunden am Strom hing.

 

Ich also in die App geschaut. Akkustand 43%. Bei einer Fahrt von ca. einer halben Stunde nur mit ein bisschen Musik, unmöglich zu erreichen.

 

Heute dann nochmal angesteckt und nochmal 2 Stunden laden lassen. Vom Strom genommen, mit der App verbunden und was sehe ich da.. immer noch 43% Siehe Collage links oben Links unten ist die Meldung über mein Handy mit dem verbleibenden Akku stand (auch falsch).

 

Habe das Gerät dann NOCHMAL an den Strom gehängt und direkt währenddessen mal mit meinem Handy verbunden(siehe Uhrzeit 3 Minuten später). Wohlgemerkt nach 2 Stunden zeigt es mir 84% Prozent an.

 

Frage(n):

 

- Hat jemand das selbe Problem mit genau diesem Model oder auch mit einem anderen Modell?

 

- Wo bekomme ich die Vorgängerversion her? Sena hat leider keinen FTP Server mit den Firmware Dateien und die Webseite ist ebenfalls spärlich eingerichtet was die Software der Dinger angeht. Weil dann würde ich wieder ein Downgrade machen!

I updated to 2.2.2 a week ago.

A voice announcement "battery level low/medium/high" was apparently programmed in.

During the following journey, I wondered why the aunt announced "battery level medium" even though the device had been connected to the power supply for 3 hours.

So I looked in the app. Battery level 43%. Impossible to achieve on a journey of about half an hour with just a bit of music.

Today I plugged it in again and left it to charge for another 2 hours. Took it off the power, connected it to the app and what do I see... still 43% See collage top left Bottom left is the message about my mobile phone with the remaining battery (also wrong).

I then connected the device to the power supply AGAIN and connected it directly to my mobile phone (see time 3 minutes later). Mind you, after 2 hours it shows me 84% per cent.

Question(s):

- Does anyone have the same problem with exactly this model or with another model?

- Where can I get the previous version? Unfortunately, Sena does not have an FTP server with the firmware files and the website is also sparse as far as the software for the devices is concerned. Because then I would downgrade again!

  Small addition.
  After another 3 hours of charging, I tested again.
  If I connect the Sena to my mobile phone while it is charging, I have 100% battery. (left picture)
  If I disconnect it from the charge, restart it and then reconnect it to my mobile phone I only have 75% (right picture).
  WHY?

  

  Kleiner Nachtrag.
  Nach weiteren 3 Stunden an der Ladung habe ich nochmal getestet.
  Wenn ich das Sena während es auflädt mit meinem Handy verbinde habe ich 100% akku. (linkes Bild)
  Trenne ich es nun von der Ladung, starte es neu und verbinde es dann erneut mit meinem Handy habe ich nur noch 75%.(rechtes Bild)
  WIESO?

  I have the exact same issue with firmware 2.4.5 and the Sena Spider RT1.... Device voice says "battery high" after loading the device for +3hours (led switched from red to blue), Sena motorcycles app on iphone 15 pro says "84%" or any other value between 84 and 90%, sometimes the value increases some percent with time when the app stays connected...I disconnect bluetooth and re-connect again 3 to 4 times and suddenly the battery state is 100%... What's going on there?

  Ich habe das gleiche/ähnliches Problem mit dem baugleichen N-Com Mesh.
  Genauer gesagt lässt es sich nur laden, wenn ich es auf Wekrseinstellungen zurücksetze. Es dauert ewig, bis das Gerät dann geladen wird. Aber egal, wie lange es lädt; es meldet immer "Akkustand mittel" (was vor dem Laden "Akkustand niedrig" war.)

  I'm having the same or a similar problem with the N-Com Mesh, which has the same design.

  To be more specific, it only charges when I reset it to factory settings. It takes forever for the device to charge. But no matter how long it charges, it always shows “Medium battery level” (which was “Low battery level” before charging).
