Sena 10s intercom connection failed

intercom connection failed.

 

i have this by listening to music from Bleutooth,but also listening by FM radio.

everytime i hear the warning:intercom failure. (no connection)

when i drive slow,it ok,but when i drive 100Km/h or more it is getting worse.

in this way i cant use my 10s!

 

i try different microphones,updated it to 1.4,but the problem stays.

i only use it for listening ti music and telephone.

 

sena,please tell me how we can solve this problem!

  I have the same situation whit the sena 10u installed in a shoei neotec helmet.  Even is not possible to connect it whit nolan n-com b1.4

  Please perform a Factory Reset on your 10S and re-pair back to the device you had it paired to before. Secondly, enter the Configuration Menu and disable the VOX Intercom setting to prevent the intercom from trying to activate.

  I am using the 30K Sena headset unit and over the weekend I have run the latest firmware update on it. Yesterday, I performed the factory reset prior to repairing with another 30K headset for intercom purposes during a ride.
  (Note: VOX Intercom is disabled with VOX Sensitivity at medium. I have a full face helmet and the boom mike is tucked inside the face shield with the front vent closed to prevent ambient noise affecting the mic.)
  
  I also re-programmed the radio station frequencies I prefer and bluetooth activated my mobile for the music selections.
  
  This morning as I was commuting to work solo I tried to activate both radio and bluetooth music options, with minimal success.
  
  As per Dennis' reported issue, my headset operates correctly at speeds up to 40 km/hr.
  
  Unfortunately, riding at anything above this speed (for 20 kms of my 25 km commute, the speed limit is 80 km/hr) causes my headset to constantly activate the "Intercom Failed Try Again Later" error.
  
  Not even turning the unit to "Ambient" mode stops the error repeating. The only working solution has been to turn the unit off, rendering it completely useless.
  
  Any suggestions on what I need to do to use this 2 month old headset to the full potential without this error interrupting?
