Who is now responsible for the updates?
This is from HJC about the firmware-updates:
I am sorry for the misunderstanding but we do not control when there is an update on these units.
SENA will be in charge of when there will be new versions or updates.
Please check this website to see if there are any updates for your headset.

Unfortunately, if HJC hasn't submitted any request for firmware updates then we do not produce any..as the device made for HJC are made with their specific requirements.

This would be my last SENA products then. Spend a bundle on a 50B and a spider st1 for the wife. If this is the support i get then thios would be my first and last SENA product

For me too! The first and last intercom from sena. I bought an helmet for 600-700€ and a intercom for ~300€ and the last firmware is from 2022. It‘s unbeliveble that these product is still on the market without updates.

And no comment from sena either. That's a big fail if you want to keep your customers. I come from cardo and switching back as soon my hjc helmet is done. Never these products and lack off customers support anymore
