So many issues .. HELP

I bought my sena 50s last year. Didn’t ride much between weather and work schedule. However. When I did first handful of times I used it. The u it was fine. But about a month in it then started skipping LITERALLY every other word when playing music. So you would have to turn your music off cause it’s INFURIATING to only hear every other word. Then every time im on a ride that seems to be an hour or longer, I’ll get these random beeps every few seconds. The unit is up to date with the updates. And it’s not beeping from low battery. When checking it’s still Got almost full charge. I called sena and they aren’t much help. This thing was toooooo expensive for this to be happening. Can’t use it like this.

  Deactivate the VOX option, when you hear wind you try to connect to the intercom. It happened to me and removing that option solved it

  Dani_DC thanks for info but how do you deactivate VOX? I have asked sena but no response yet.
