SC2 Voice commands
Brand new SC2 installed today. At first voice commands for music volume were working. Updated the firmware & now I can't get the music volume voice function to work, but if I say " Hey Google" the phone reacts almost immediately. Did I mess up a setting somewhere?

I don't think you did anything wrong, it can be quiet troublesome sometimes ill admit. if it worked before the firmware update, see if you can restore it back to the original firmware and see if voice commands come back again, its the same way you did the firmware update, but instead you just hit firmware restore.
a lot of times, its how Hey Sena, is initiated, so try saying Hey Sena, pause for a quick second and they say volume up or down.
of course please do a fault reset on your device, by pressing the small pin with a paper clip. please review the Schuberth SC2 user guide for this. as it requires some hands on steps.
