As usual Sena support people seem clueless, but they try and they are very nice.  My latest problem is the microphone has completely dislodged from the helmet and is just hanging on with a wire as thin as a single white hair on my head.  Sena support says, "just snap it back in, it is easy."  BS!  Please, can someone tell me how to snap it back in.  Can you walk me through it step by step or post a picture or even better a video?  I am 76, blind in one eye and obviously not the sharpest tool in the shed.  Thank you!
