Still waiting to receive 2nd warranty replacement unit!!!
I'm still waiting for my 3rd Sena unit to replace 2 previous defective units.
SENA Technologies made an error with their paperwork that initiated duty fees for a replacement unit being shipped to Canada.
They want me to pay these fees and then reimburse me. As a Sena customer, it should not be my responsibility to pay for their errors and then me having to chase them for a reimbursement.
UPS has made this process simple for them to solve without involving me as the customer since I feel is is not my responsibility to pay for their mistakes.
According to UPS, they can use their own UPS account, pay the fees owed against the tracking number and I can get my replacement unit. However, Sena appears to want to make this issue, my problem instead of their own.
Does anyone have any contact information on how to reach senior staff or management so I can get this issue resolved? So far, I've had more empty promises than fulfilled ones.
I would really like some advice on this topic.

I finally got my Sena unit on Friday. My husband initially refused the shipment since the driver wanted the duty fees. The UPS driver then contacted Sena Logistics and the duty fee was finally paid by Sena and then he re-delivered the unit to my home about an hour later.
