Sena 50s “intercom failed, try again later”

Our new Sena50s keep cutting out and saying “intercom failed, try again later” while riding. This happens so frequently it pretty much makes the units unusable. My old Cardo never had these kind of issues. We’ve tried changing settings but nothing seems to work. Help please!

  I have the same exact problem. Plus, snap, crackle and popping sounds, and garbled BT audio when they do connect. 

  Just submitted a support ticket.

  We'll see.....

  I had the same problem and SENA replace my Sena 50s
