Upgrade firmware with SchuberthBluetootDeviceManager

    I have the exact same problem, i have used multiple usbs, different ports and also installed the device manager on another computer and nothing. I reached out to Schuberth and the advise was rubbish. I have the problem on two helmets. Did you manage to get yours fixed? alternative we will look to buy a different helmet.
