Brand new out of the box, fully charged and I can power up, turn on the camera, start recording only to hear 'Recording stopped' after about 20 seconds. A few seconds later I hear, 'Recording'. this goes on and on over and over again. I have the camera set to normal recording. I have formatted my sd card. I don't know what to do now.
