Update Sena SR2 from v1.08 tot v1.09 doesn't work
I've recently bought two Shoei Helmets with in both a Sena SRL2 headset.
Both headsets needed an update of the firmware from v1.08 to v1.09. I did it with the app SenaDeviceManager on my computer. Only one helmet could be updated, the other not! Strange? The next problem is that both microfoons are constantly 'open' so me and my partner hear in our helmets every breath, wind, etc... which is very annoying! I've tried to adjust the gain from the mics but nothing seems to work. I can't find any solution on internet so I've made contact with the seller. Can anyone else give me advise on both issues:
- Firmware update
- Gain microfoon

Has anyone else had a problem with this update as I have updated my SRL2 and now it won't turn on, it starts but the light only flashes twice then goes off,
