Had exactly the same experience with them. I provided all the details neccessary but all I got back was "Our documentation states that there is no user servicable parts" inside my Mesh+ unit. Battery lasted exactly 18 months.

I have a SENA/Shuberth SC2, exactly 2 years and 1 month old. Dead internal battery (YJ102050 1200 Mah) which, although you fit it in your devices, is impossible to buy directly, either through Schuberth, or SENA (not even the manufacturer YJ Power Ltd. has them for sale). I'm actually going for my second Schuberth helmet, a C5 and an S3, just to take advantage of the device. More money invested. I bought my wife the SENA 50S a couple of months ago..., which I now understand will have the same problem tomorrow. Two devices at about €400 each. The SC1 had interchangeable batteries. The more modern intercoms you manufacture, do not. Your marketing strategy and after-sales service achieves two things; first, even if I'm drunk I won't buy another SENA, no matter how much you assume we are going to renew our units for a battery with a life of about two years that costs €10 on AliExpress (0.99€ on YJ for a minimum of 100 units). Secondly, that I will tell the bikers around me "how wonderful the device is, how long it lasts, and the after-sales service"... if anyone is working on it, of course, which I doubt’.

Keep up the good work: I predict a very promising future for you. In fact, you only have to look at two or three BMW forums at European level to see that.
