    Hello,

    I created a ticket for you, so it would be easier to respond to. In the meantime, please be ready to provide an image of your device's serial number on the back of the device, as well as confirmation that you have done the standard troubleshooting steps, such as a factory reset and a fault reset.

    To do the fault reset, which resets the hardware, please use a paper clip to press and hold the button in the pinhole for 10 seconds and see if it resets the hardware.

    If you are still experiencing issues, do a factory reset by holding the jog dial down until you hear the configuration menu. Look for "factory reset" and press the jog dial to confirm. This will restore the default software settings.

    If you are still experiencing issues, please describe in detail how loud the ringtone is when a phone call comes in so we can try to replicate it on our end.

    It seems like this is a common problem on the 20S EVO. Maybe others as well but I have the same problem and they responde like I'm the only one experiencing this!
