SRL3 configuration mode

SRL3 not going to configuration mode. I'm holding the center button down long enough but nothing happens, it just flashes red at the 5 second mark then just turns blue and beeps... can anyone please help. I was able to pair my phone on initial start up but that's it, no more pairing mode or configuration mode...

  yes you are probably doing it correctly, you just need to keep holding it, at 5 seconds it goes into pairing mode, after that it goes into configuration menu, so please keep it pressed down until you verbally hear configuration menu.

  Ensure the device is powered on, then press and hold the center button for at least 10 seconds (longer than the 5 seconds when it flashes red). If it still fails, perform a factory reset by holding the button for 15+ seconds until it blinks red rapidly. If issues persist, refer to the device manual or contact the sex dolls usa manufacturer for support.
