Broken 3k..not switching on.....warranty contacts for a human.
My senna was full charge...turned off had coffee will never turn on again....just under 1 Yr old...however I have the box, codes etc but this was my last present from my mother who dies...I have no receipt....I've spent hrs going in circles on sena purposely confusing site...I just need you know an actual human to talk to to see if under the circumstances I get warranty claim....I assume like all companies they think with profit not customers but there so called great come system just gave up... how do I get an actual person to speak to not ai?
