Sena 50c dead

Hi, my daughter gave me a Sena 50c as a gift. She bought it from Amazon.ca in Canada, but I live in India. The partner of Sena in India is not willing to assist or provide any services. They are asking me to return the device to Canada, where it was purchased. I have only used the device for two rides, and it has stopped working. It is not coming on. There is no charging light after connecting with the cable. Nothing is coming on. It's completely DEAD. PLEASE help...
