Volume between music & calls
I've a SENA 10C EVO & 50C. On both devices I must max out the volume to hear music while riding at HWY speeds. However, when I receive a phone call, the volume of the call is many times dB higher.
Are there setting adjustments to be made where volume is just the same between music, intercom & calls?
I've experienced the same issues over the years using iPhones 1) SE 2) 12 and currently 3) 15

when you enable Audio Multitasking via the device manager or app, it will lower the music when in intercom or phone call. there is currently no feature to keep the volume levels of music, intercom, phone call the same.

Thank you for the reply. Let me rephrase.
The Bluetooth music is many dB lower than the dB of the intercom or phone call. It is not that the music volume is lowerred upon an incoming call, it is that the music volume is always limited making it not loud enough.
Most of the time, I’m riding solo. I only mention calls and intercom to note the difference between achievable volume levels. This is fresh in my mind because I received a call recently and which came through at an impressively blaring dB level.
I would like the media of which I list to also achieve that level of loudness.0 -
Or to could be said, why are calls and such equal to MAX Volume. But not matter what Bluetooth Media Volume is less than equal to MAX volume wether or not multitasking.
So why are the units set up so that bluetooth media can never achieve max volume of which the units are capable.

That is correct. However, I’ve checked the setting. There are no restrictions. This is specifically a SENA issue as it does not occur with my Cardo devices.
Thank you for taking the time to comment.

The issue has been resolved after updating to the iPhone to IOS 18 BETA.
