SRL2 won't turn on

Hello,

My SRL2 won't turn on without any reason.

I have the red light while charging and blue light when charged but nothing happens when pressing button center + button+.

Sena device manager does not detect the device.

Please help

  If the device does not turn on, does it show it's charging? there should be a blue LED to indicate full charge or red LED to indicate it is charging.
  
  it can be suspected to be a battery related issue.

  I do have the same problem. Indicator lights for battery charge are OK. But the device does not turn on. Nor the recognition in my App in Macintosh.

  Same problem here... battery OK but the device doesn't turn on and the app doesn't see the device. Tried to restart it but nothing happend. Any advice Juan - Sena Support Kenny - Sena Support
