HJC Smart 21B headset and Honda Road Sync app
I have an HJC Smart 21B headset in my HJC RPHA 91 helmet and I ride a Honda Transalp. When I want to answer calls via the Honda Road Sync app on my motorcycle, people can hear me, but I can't hear them. Everything is working, but I can't hear people. By the way, the app version is 1.1.

Let me explain my problem again; All functions are working on my Honda Transalp XL 750 motorcycle. I can control all functions on my phone, headset, and the Honda Road Sync program on the TFT screen. My only problem is that when I answer an incoming call using the buttons on the motorcycle, I can't hear the caller, but they can hear me. If I answer incoming calls through the phone, there is no problem, but since my phone is in my pocket while riding, this is not an option. This problem didn't exist before. It started after I updated the firmware. Even after resetting the headset, the problem didn't resolve.
