Sena SRL for Neotec 2 - Battery Life

I placed my Sena SRL for Neotec 2 on charge last night via my laptop. The helmet and SRL were purchased May 2020 and would be used less than average amount of times. So after six hours I returned to find that there was not BLUE light on the battery pack as expected...some heat...and the unit will not switch on.

Can a replacement rechargeable battery be fitted?

What are my options?

  Hi Michael, I just saw this your old post and I guess you've already found a solution by now.

  If not, just look on Amazon/ eBay for:

  "3.7V Li-Polymer battery for Sena SRL-01 SRL2 SP51 - replaces PTC802050"

  If the problem is the battery, here you go. Cheers
