Device manager won't recognize my unit nor update it
I have uninstalled the software, tried another cable. The cable that came with the unit doesn't even chime when I plug it in, says fail to recognize. Switch cables, get chime but then program just sits and sits.

Yeah, your not alone! Been trying for a couple of hours after my 50s must have chirped over a 150 times yesterday that Bluetooth pairing wasn't available - totally spoilt the ride-out. Today sat here for 2hours factory resetting, trying to pair, trying to update firmware. Trying to access via mobile, laptop or MAC, nothing works. Documentation is beyond hopeless, both supplied and website. For the money it's ridiculous.
