SENA not charging after first use.

    it sounds like moisture might have gotten inside the 50S thus causing a discharge, since it's new we should be able to warranty it as long as you can provide a copy of the purchase receipt and a picture of the device serial on the back of the unit it self. 

    please respond to the ticket created with that requested information and we can get you sorted.

    Try checking the charging port for dirt. Connect the device to the charger retro bowl college and leave it for about 30 minutes. If there is no response, try holding the power button for 10-20 seconds. If it still doesn't work, contact Sena customer support.
