Bonjour,

Je n'arrive pas a appairer mon câble wifi adapter avec mon téléphone. Le voyant wifi reste rouge fixe et je n'arrive pas a faire la connexion wifi avec le téléphone pour faire la mise a jour du micrologiciel . J'ai fait un reset mais ca ne change rien, le câble reste rouge fixe après être devenu violet quelques instants Est ce le câble qui serait défectueux ou mauvaise manipulation?

  Hello,
  
  I created a ticket for our EU team to assist you further, but i suspect this might be a user error at first, you can start by doing a fault reset on the wi-fi adapter, but you also need to make sure the wi-fi adapter is plugged into a usb adapter and not directly to your computer as well. 
  
  these are some quick trouble shooting methods you can do.
  
  if there is anything else, please respond to the ticket created for you.

  Hi,
  I have exactly the same issue, did you find any solution ?
  The wifi red led doesn't blink in the adapter, it stays perma red. when i connect to SENA-WA-XXXXX with my mobile phone and come back to thé application, nothing happens
