    Hello,

It appears that this issue is related to a hardware failure within the battery, likely indicating that the battery itself has reached the end of its life cycle. To put this into perspective, consider the analogy of a sponge. When saturated with water, the sponge retains and gradually releases the water until it eventually dries out.

Lithium-ion batteries function similarly, with internal structures that store energy. Over time, as these internal components degrade, they lose their ability to hold and retain charge effectively. Once these "sponges" are exhausted, the battery can no longer maintain energy storage.

We refer you back to your dealer to assess whether the battery replacement falls under warranty coverage. Our policy does not permit us to replace OEM devices, such as those from Schuberth, Harley-Davidson, and similar manufacturers. These products are designed and manufactured specifically for these brands, and our role is limited to technical support and troubleshooting. Warranty-related concerns must be addressed by the product's dealer, as we do not retail these items on our website and therefore do not manage their warranty claims directly.

Well this is strange since the unit is almost new, so in that case it's sold with a poor battery from start. After charge is work a full day of communication, so you mean that the battery is faulty and on or off makes no difference in battery life?

Ok, ill pass this on to the dealer and se what they say....

Well, The dealer says to contact Schuberth, and Schuberth says contact Sena, and so on.... Seen this before that everybody just blame another part.... So no, no solution :(

Hey Alex… another C5 helmet sc2 user here. Why not just tell us how to replace the battery. I would rather be spared the BS of back and forth between Sena, Schubert, and dealers trying to claim warranty. Just tell us how to replace it and be done. We already bought it… help us keep it running. No one wants the back and forth BS, we just want to ride. Thx KPrice
