If your Bluetooth device keeps disconnecting every 5 seconds, there could be several causes behind the issue. First, ensure that both the Bluetooth device and the connected device have sufficient battery power, as low battery levels can cause connectivity problems. Interference from other wireless devices, such as Wi-Fi routers, microwaves PLUG Stock, or even other Bluetooth devices, can also disrupt the signal.

    Big Up a tous🤘

As Flow mentioned, playing with the AVRCP seemed to have made it work.
I went to 1.6 as 1.4 did not fix it.
Maybe its just from disconnecting, forget device and re-add a couple of times that worked.
Im pretty sure my Sena unit is Ok and my phone is just retarded. Been having issues with it pairing with my Carplay since day one!

Flow's solution worked for me as well. Sena 10s with Pixel 7.

Same here, 1.6 did the trick, 1.4 did not worked (Pixel 5 / LineageOS 14 / Sena SC1)

Flow's solution worked perfectly! As Jonathan Rooney and Faust mentioned, version 1.6 also does the trick, and even 1.4 works as well. I tested this on a Google Pixel 8 Pro running GrapheneOS (Build No. 2024120400) with a Senna SRL3 (Special Edition for Shoei Neotec 3).

Thanks to everyone for the helpful input!

    Got that same issue:

    Pixel 8 Pro

First Android 14, now upgraded to Android 15

    Brand new Sena 50R

Had the problem right from the start, did the firmware update, found this post, tried all possible avrcp versions multiple times (deleting sena from my phone, changing the setting, then rebooting the phone and reconnecting)

After that didn't work i thought maybe it's because i never updated my pixel to Android 15, so i did that, tested it all again, same problem.

Version 1.4 and Lower i can't even fully connect (says connected, doesn't recognize as speaker

Version 1.5 & 1.6 connects, works as music speaker when "phone calls" option is disabled but reconnects every 3sec when it's enabled.

Any more tips? i'm pretty close to sending that thing back and ordering a Cardo....

UPDATE: I got it! Actually on default version 1.5 again, the thing i dig different this time was pairing from pairing mode.

I always just powered on the Sena and since it showed up in find devices and actually paired i assumed it was in pairing mode and all was fine. Turns out when you press Main & + (the power-on combo) for about four seconds it acually says phone pairing and voi la, in that mode it paired no problem (even on version 1.5)

    Hope this helps!
