new battery and rematoe cannot be paired with sena sc2

i have replaces eh battery of the remote, it lost the pairing with the sena SC2(for the schubert helmet C5)

I followed the guide but cannot connect the remote.

Maybe this also lost my iphone pairing.

I have the newest software 1.3 on the Sena SC2

 

Resetting the sena sc2 does not help

  I have exactly the same problem. I can never know when the Bluetooth connection will be effectively made or not. A real nightmare
