New Sena 50r is not turning on

I purchased a new Sena 50r to replace an old device. After getting everything set up on my helmet, when I went to turn on the device, nothing happened. I let the device charge overnight (thinking it was dead), but when I tried again in the morning, nothing happened. What am I doing wrong? Is this a faulty device?

  May be there is a fault in your device. You go to the shop where you buy this device and check your device.

  Even if they don't warranty the hardware anymore, they should warranty the firmware for a short time after the update. Ask Sena for support. Solara Executor
