Sena 30k media device connected

My Sena 30k has now paired as a media device I've no phone calls coming through, tried a Srl2 and in connect's as a phone lol, any help appreciated thanks.

  Hello,
  
  in order for your device to receive phone calls, it has to be paired using the phone pairing feature, not as a media device (A2DP) which is a pairing featuring on the 30K as well.

  Hi Alex thanks, but that's how I've connected it for the last 2yrs, with no issues I've done a factory reset it didn't reconnect, hit phone button phone pairing your headset is paired, turn Sena off it's saying media device connected why.

  I've also a 20s and aSrl2 they both say phone connected, done firmware update too.
